and pedicures are wonderful, and the SPA-tini is divine.

I have been going to Silhouettes Salon for years now and have always been more than happy with the services, products and, most importantly, the staff. The people there always greet me like a returning friend; it's such a pleasant atmosphere, and whenever I have questions or concerns they make every effort to answer them. The quality of services is excellent and I've never hesitated to recommend Silhouettes to friends looking for a new salon, or somewhere to have something done for that "special" occasion.

More than once my four-year-old has cut his own hair and his two-year-old brother's hair. But on one of these haircuts, he cut his little brother's hair two days after he had had a haircut at Silhouettes. Amanda did a great
job cutting his hair and he looked so cute. But his brother made a mess of his hair. So I called Amanda and she took us right in. She fixed his hair to make him look like nothing had ever happened to him. As a Mom, I was upset his hair was cut by his brother and he looked bad. My parents were coming into town for the weekend and had not seen him in a few months. I was so embarrassed at how he looked, so to have Amanda fix his hair and make him look as good as he did was so important to me. I wish I had a picture of his hair after she fixed it
because she did an amazing job.

I have never had a bad experience there. The staff is always smiling and friendly. I share the wealth around town and get my hair done at one place, tan and nails at Silhouettes, and buy tanning products from the salon, also. I love the prices for the tanning and the special deals on the products. The atmosphere and new decor is like being at home in my living room with friends. I especially love that the Artwork on the walls changes with
the season and there is an opportunity to purchase the photos. The very best part was when I lived directly across the street and could walk over on a cold winter's day to get warm in the tanning beds. Keeping your customers aware of what is going on by email is a fantastic marketing idea - keep up the good work.

When I think about relating a story about one great Silhouettes experience, I truly have a hard time narrowing it down to a single visit. Month in and month out, Silhouettes is the ONLY place I go in my busy life where I can relax and just be. You all always make me feel welcome, listened to, and pampered. From the days when I had two babies at home and had just a few minutes away to take care of myself, to the afternoon when I brought my daughters with me and Amanda treated them to a surprise manicure while I sat under the dryer, to my monthly cuts, colors, and chats in Deb's chair, you've always made us feel
special. Even when Deb was taken out of commission recently with carpel tunnel surgery, both Amanda and Jocelyn did a phenomenal job cutting my hair and my girls' hair before school began. We were all so happy walking out of the salon, having been given beautiful cuts and some special attention, as usual.
So, when I think about all of the visits to Silhouettes over my many years with Deb and her crew, I can only say they've been always relaxing, always satisfying, and always a bit of a respite from daily life. Thank you for always being there.

Hmmmmm, what to say, what to say . . .
I always look forward to my visits at Silhouettes; the staff is so much fun. The salon is up-to-date with the latest styles, products and services and I love having it in town. My stylist, Debbie, does a GREAT job cutting
and coloring my hair. My sister continues to go to Silhouettes even though she has a distance to drive and she's been asked by many where she gets her hair done. We're "lifers" at Silhouettes.
