Debbie Rozzen
Salon Owner/Cosmetologist & Instructor
A strong passion for the beauty industry inspired Debbie to open Silhouettes Salon in 1994. She has been a stylist for over 20 years, and is a former Redken Educator. Her education includes the Redken Exchange in NYC, the 2007 and 2009 Redken Symposium in Las Vegas, and numerous advanced classes in haircutting, coloring and business. Debbie is dedicated to offering the best staff, products, and services at Silhouettes.

Amanda Amanda Pierce
Cosmetologist
Amanda is a graduate of Rob Roy Academy and a Silhouettes staff member since 2004. She has attended many advanced haircutting and coloring classes as well as the 2007 and 2009 Redken Symposium in Las Vegas to keep up with current trends. Her training also includes Tigi Makeup and Repechage Facials. Amanda is a talented and experienced stylist who enjoys changing a clients' look and using creative foiling and color to accentuate a haircut.

Joslyn Josyln Friberg
Cosmetologist
Joslyn grew up around a family of hairstylists and knew this was the career for her. After graduating from Rob Roy Academy, she worked at a few local salons. In 2006, Joslyn joined Silhouettes. She has attended classes including a 4-day haircolor program, Tigi Makeup, and the 2009 Redken Symposium in Las Vegas. Joslyn is a trendy, high energy stylist who is creative and loves to use new techniques for cutting and haircolor.

Beth Beth Schneider
Nail Technician
A licensed nail technician with over 15 years experience, Beth has worked in salons in Arizona and Oklahoma before making her home in Massachusetts. She has attended many advanced classes for acrylic nails, pedicures & reflexology. A previous staff member, Beth returned to Silhouettes in December of 2007. She specializes in acrylic nails, perfect pink & white acrylics and backfills.

Erika Erika Schultz
Cosmetologist
Erika received her training at an Aveda Institute in East Lansing, Michigan, and worked there for 9 years until relocating to Massachusetts. She worked at a local salon before joining the Silhouettes staff in August of 2008. She has taken several specialized haircolor classes and loves to use innovative techniques to create new looks.

Amanda (Mandie) Fenoff
Cosmetologist
Mandie is a graduate of Rob Roy Academy in Rhode Island. After receiving her Mass license, she worked in a few local salons before joining Silhouettes in 2009.
